  • To the Anglin Family:
We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Alvin A Anglin. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family and friends of the family during this time of great sadness. May all grieving hearts please draw comfort from this loving promise from God where He shares with us the future hope of the resurrection blessing that will be applied to those who have died. This comforting promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In the text, God tells us that He would cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave, and that our loved ones would respond by standing up in life again. From the reading of these verses, God is giving us His personal guarantee that the restoring of life would surely take place. God is able to keep this promise because He is the source of life for all living things. (Psalm 36:9) Since that is the case, all can have the upmost confidence that our departed loved ones will live again. And to help all to develop strong faith in this future promise, God has preserved nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the hope that will take place worldwide. Here is just one such example that we can read to build up our confidence in this promised blessing from God. It is recorded at John 11:32-44. I hope that all of the family members and friends will get a chance to see how these verses apply to your loved one in a very special way. So, in closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
