  • To the Morris Family
I would like to take this time to express my personal condolences to the entire Morris family. We are truly sorry to learn about the passing of your love one Beverly C Morris. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. No there is never a welcomed time to hear about the passing of anyone. The reports of this nature only brings bad news with it. Yes death is a clear reminder to all how far the human family has fallen from God’s original purpose. ( 2 Corinthians 15:26) Even with the dying of our love ones, there is Good News that we should know about. The Good News come from God Himself. This Good News will provide future blessing to ourselves, and our departed love ones. For a moment, let’s see how this Good News will benefit our departed love ones. So directing your attention to the scriptures, God tells us that soon He would use His great powers to call to those in the grave, and that our departed love ones would hear His voice and stand up in life again. ( John 5:28-29 and Acts 15:24) From these two text, God is giving us His personal guarantee that our love ones will stand up in life again. That they would be reunited back with their many family members and friends. So on this day we are confronted with this question. Do we have faith that this arrangement regarding the restoring of life will take place.? If our faith is weak, then we can build it up. This can be done by reading all nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessing from God. Here is just one such example recorded at Acts 9:36-42. May I please take this time to encourage all to see how these verses apply to Beverly, and to billions of others who awaits this wonderful blessing from God. So may all please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that we have God’s personal guarantee that this arrangement will take place. Yes it is impossible for God to lie. ( Titus 1:2)
