David Switzer, Sr. – 1955-2021

David Preston Switzer, 65, of Little Rock passed away Friday, June 25, 2021. He was born September 7, 1955, in Morrilton, Ark., to the late Ester Lee Harris Switzer and W.J. Switzer. He was the founder and President of Switzer Stucco & Plaster, Inc.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his daughter, De’Andria Paige Switzer; and brothers, Nathanial, Willie, and James;
David is survived by his wife, Brinda J. Jackson of Little Rock; his children, Ashley (Lawrence) Randle of Mansfield, Texas, David Switzer, Jr., of Houston, Texas, and Anthony Switzer of Jonesboro, Ark.; his siblings, Juanita Switzer Hyman of Chesapeake, Va., Sharon Switzer Jones of Little Rock, Ark., and Stelton (Elvira) Switzer of Portsmouth, Va.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 2, 2021, during the hours of 12-5 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarret Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St, Little Rock Ark. Masks are required. Social spacing is observed.

Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Springfield, Ark.
