Eula Norris Barnette, 87, of Little Rock, AR, passed away on August 14, 2024. She was born on January 6, 1937.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home. Her remains will lie-instate from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Part of the human condition is that, as you age, you lose more friends. I note the passing of EULA BARNETT, a wonderful woman, with whom I was lucky enough to work in 1974-5 at what used to be the Pulaski County Legal Aid Bureau.
After Congress created the Legal Services Corporation apparatus, Eula became a paralegal and then an administrator for the then Central Arkansas Legal Services.
She was kind to me and others she worked with, and she was well respected.
