Deacon Frank James Matthews was born March 28, 1944, and departed this earth December 28, 2020. Homegoing services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Greater South Temple COGIC, located at 2623 S. Arch Street, Little Rock. A walk-through visitation will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021, 12-4:30 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock. Masks are required and social spacing is observed.
