  • To the Hunter Family:
We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Janice S Hunter. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this time of great sadness. O(n this day all of us can relate to the hardship that you are dealing with. You have loss someone who was special to you. That special one has now been taken away from you. Now you have only the many fond memories that you and many others who have shared together. And although the many memories are wonderful, in all reality, you rather have the real person back with you. Did you know that this is what God also wants for us also? He has taken the time to make know this wonderful promise so that all can find true comfort in this comforting promise. The promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In these verses, God tells us that He would cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave to stand up in life again. From this one promise, God is giving us His personal guarantee that the restoring of life would certainly take place. We understanding that many would find this promise too hard to believe in. However we must remember that God is the source of life for all things. (Psalm 36:9) Even if a person dies, God has the power and the desire to make that person whole again. Yes to reunite that person back with their loved ones. Then to assist all to develop strong faith in this future blessing, God has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessings that are ever so near at hand. Here is just one such example that speaks about the resurrection hope that will be applied to Janice, and a great deal of others who have fallen asleep in death. It is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will get the chance to see how this loving promise will soon reverse the effects of sin upon our departed love ones. In closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
