Joy Davison, 84, of Little Rock, transitioned on April 19, 2022. Ms. Davison retired as a medical receptionist in Los Angeles, Calif., and spent her retirement years in Little Rock, Ark.
She predeceased her husband, William Davison, Sr. She leaves her children to mourn her passing: Zenobia Harris (Robert), William Davison, Jr., Debra Allen (Wallace) and William Davison, III, all of Little Rock, and Cloyce Davison (Janice) of Houston, Texas, Bernetta Morris (Kenneth) of Vincennes, Ind.; her sister, Verninita Booker of Los Angeles; and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; cousins; and dear friends.
Walk-through visitation will take place on Monday, May, 2, from 12-4:30 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, (501) 372-1305. Masks are required and social distancing is observed. Funeral services followed by interment will take place on Tuesday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Arkansas State Veterans’ Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock.
