ROOSEVELT RUCKER, Sr., 70 was born December 15, 1949. He departed this life July 15, 2020. Survivors are: two sons, Roosevelt Rucker, Jr., Matthew Rucker, and two step-sons, Michael Morris of Little Rock, Ark., and Timothy Gill of Tulsa, Okla.; one brother, Ronnie Rucker of Honolulu, Hawaii. Visitation 4-6 p.m., July 21, 2020 at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home. Graveside service 11 a.m., July 22, 2020, at Rest In Peace Cemetery.

I worked with Roosevelt back in the 70’s & 80’s at Southwestern Bell,. Hew was easy going but a very good worker.
May he rest in peace. He served his country and that is appreciated.
