Rev. Sherman Roscoe Redwood, 89, passed through heaven’s gates on April 3, 2019. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Venita Brown Redwood; children, Marsha Davis (Lionel) and Sherman Michael Redwood; 2 grandchildren, Briana and Lionel Davis II. There is a visitation on Sunday, 5-7pm at First Baptist Church, 811 Scipio Jones, North Little Rock. Funeral service will be Held Monday, April 8, 2019 at Eastern Star Baptist Church, 2700 East 2nd, North Little Rock. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans’ Cemetery. Sherman Roscoe Redwood – 1929-2019
Sherman R. Redwood was a kind,loving wonderful man. As a child I attended Eastern Star Baptist with my family. He was friends with my grandmother he always came to visit her and was there when she passed.
He married myself and many of my relatives.
He will be greatly missed by myself and the rest of my family.
