Alice Ruth Logan AKA “Granny” 77, of Little Rock, Ark., entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
In her professional life, she was a graduate of Jackson State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in general science and biology. She also worked as an educator for J.J. Mclain Public School District located in Holmes County, Mississippi.
In her personal life, she was married to Melvin James Logan.
She was well-loved among family, friends, as well as her community. She is survived by her four children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.
Family and friends are invited to the homegoing celebration and visitation at St. Mark Baptist Church located at 5722 W. 12th St, Little Rock, Ark. 72204, on Saturday, June 8th. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 a.m., and the homegoing celebration will begin at 11 a.m.
