Delbert Ray Hagger, 60, of Little Rock, passed away November 5, 2021.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Sandra Barnes Hagger; son, Delbert Cornelius Hagger, Little Rock, Ark.; grandmother, Dorothy Hagger; parents, Margaret and Wilbur Bailey, Sr. of Lake Charles, La.; siblings, Desiral (Sicily) Hagger of Overland Park, Kan., Wilbur Bailey, Jr. of Lake Charles, La., and Russell (Sharonda) Bailey of McKinney, Texas; and, a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 11 a.m., Central Church of Christ, 823 W. 6th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72201. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery, 7102 W. 12th Street, Little Rock. Walk-through viewing, Friday, November 12, 2021, 12 noon-6 p.m., Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock. Masks are required. Social spacing is observed.
