Judy Torrence-Fluker, 70, transitioned on June 30, 2025. She was born on August 5, 1954, to the late Boston L. Torrence, Jr., and Lucille Torrence.
She is survived by one son, Courtney Smalley (Nicole). Three grandchildren, Alvise, Ismael and Lalah. Four siblings, Sandra Baugh, Diane Moses, Boston Torrence, III and Francetta Torrence.
A Family Hour will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at ChristWay MBC 4324 Potter Street, Little Rock, AR, 72204.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the aforementioned location.
