Phillip Warren Bledsoe, Sr., 80, of Desoto, Texas, departed this life on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 2:30 a.m.
He was born in Little Rock, AR, on May 12, 1945, to the late Freddie William Bledsoe and the late Marie Armstrong Bledsoe.
He was also preceded in death by an older brother, Calvin Bledsoe and a sister, Sandra Diane Bledsoe, grandmother, Theassa Smith, and grandfather, Fred Bledsoe.
Phillip leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Jacqueline Brown Bledsoe, son; Phillip Warren Bledsoe, Jr., and his loving stepdaughter, Tracy Barnett (Dewayne). Brothers, Alfred Bledsoe Jr., Larry Bledsoe(Rita), Fred Bledsoe (Dorothy), Stanley Bledsoe and Rodney F. Bledsoe. Sisters, Lydia Bledsoe Hunter, and Bettie Bledsoe Thomas (Sammie).
Phillip was a Vietnam War Veteran, graduate of Shorter College and Philander Smith College and a retired employee of the Social Security Administration.
A Visitation will be held at Mt. Calvary MBC 1900 Simpson Rd, Little Rock, AR, 72206 on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 10-11 a.m.
Funeral Services will be held at the aforementioned location following visitation.
