ETTATRICIA FLOYZINE WINES CLARK, 71, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away on July 15, 2026.
“Boo” was a child of God, a devoted wife and loving mother of two children and six grandsons.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6-7 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Saint Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72204. Interment will follow after service at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Little Rock.
My sincere condolences to the Clark and Wines families. I attended church at Wesley Chapel UMC as a child when I met her, we were in a Sunday school class together her mother taught . Ettatricia was always a nice and friendly personality as a child, she remained the same kind person when she grew up. She was totally devoted to her family, and took great care of her husband. God bless the family always, she is missed.
Ettatricia holds a special place in the hearts of the Madison and Florence McMillian Smith family. The JTS family is deeply grateful for the immense love and support she has given throughout the years. Even when faced with health challenges later in life, Ettatricia found ways to uplift and care for her family, demonstrating incredible strength and resilience. We are truly thankful for the love that she has shown JTS, and we will always carry her spirit with us.
Ms. Clark was the sweetest. I enjoyed taking care of her and listening to her life stories so much. She was a pure soul! Her family is in my thoughts and prayers , many hugs to you all! She will be missed very much!

Praying peace and comfort to the family of Mrs. Clark, the epitome of a caring, competent educator. Mrs. Clark taught both of my boys (now men) Blake and Evan Smith at Otter Creek Elementary. Her students loved her and parents scrambled to have her as a teacher. I praise God she passed our way and helped build a firm foundation for my children. And the many, many children at OCE.
Ettatricia was my neighbor and my friend. When I would visit her house, we would make Salmon Croquettes together and had the best time eating those. She was sweet, had a quiet disposition and always kind. She loved her husband and was a diligent wife. When Kenny passed, I contacted her to give my condolences and she was so happy to hear from me. May she rest in peace IJN .
