Essie B. Phillips, 80, transitioned to her heavenly home on April 4, 2020. She leaves to remember her lovingly: husband, Leo Phillips; sons, Troy McGhee (Cassandra), Norman McGhee, Frederick Delaney (Myesha) Phillips, Leo Phillips, Jr.; daughters, Robbie Washington, Vallery (Val) Green, Zena R. Green, Lisa (Jerry) Power, and Telisha Phillips; 11 grandkids, and seven great-grandchildren. She also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
