Queen Ester Ann Coats, 70, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned on September 25, 2019. She is preceded in death by: her father, Woodrow Coats; daughter Carol Rountree; and brother, Joseph Coats. Her survivors are:son, Willie (Shawndell) Turner; mother, Janice Marie Coates; six grandchildren, and gout great-grandchildren; six brothers; two sisters; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be: Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church, 1316 Brown Street, Little Rock. Visitation will be Saturday, October 5, 2019, 9-11 a.m. also, at the church. Burial is at Rest In Peace. Arrangements by Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home.
