Billy George Smith, 71, Little Rock, transitioned Monday, April 19, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Alice Smith; three brothers; one sister; and seven children.
A walk-through viewing will held on Friday, April 30, 2021, 12 noon to 6 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home. Masks are required and social spacing is observed. The funeral service will also be at Ruffin & Jarrett on Saturday, May 1, 2021, 11 a.m. Burial will be Monday, May 3, 2021, 11 a.m., Arkansas Veterans’ Cemetery, North Little Rock.
