HOPE SUMMERS, age 63, departed this earth August 17, 2020, in Little Rock, Ark.
Hope is preceded in death by: Father, Sylvester Caldwell and her brother, Johnny “LiL Cookie” Allen.
She is survived by: mother, Ardatha Allen of Lonoke; daughter, Tiffany Alston (Tellis) of Durham, North Carolina; son, Brandon Martin (Aimee) of New Jersey; siblings, Martha Davis (Greg), Jeffrey Caldwell (Delilah), both from Lonoke, Sylvia King (William) of Little Rock, Yolanda Wicks (Kendrick) of Chicago, Jamie Caldwell of South Carolina, and Delpheen Caldwell of Conway; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild, as well as many additional family members and friends.
Funeral service with full military honors will be Monday, August 24, 2020, Noon at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester St. Little Rock, Ark., 72202.

There are no words to express what I am feeling at this moment, The hurt, the unbelief is so unbearable? How did I know that last year would be the last time that I see you alive, we talk on the phone every Saturday discussing our plans on what we would do next, you helping me direct my house exchanging pictures of the houses we found on line, You have been so wonderful to so many people and it hurts so bad knowing you are not here with me, The love that we had for each other and the concern, Hope I am not ready to say goodbye or let go of you. This was not suppose to be missing and Loving you your sister Yolanda Sue forever we will hold hands
