Jerold Lowe – 1946-2026

Jerold Lowe of Little Rock Ark passed away on April 7, 2026. Jerold was born in Wilmot, AR in 1946 to Harry Lowe and Susie Griffin-Lowe.

 

The family moved to Little Rock, Ark and was enrolled in the Little Rock School District. Jerold was a 1965 graduate of Horace Mann High School where he was a star basketball player under the watchful eye of Coach Oliver Elders. After graduating from Horace Mann, he enlisted into the Navy and was

deployed and fought in the Vietnam war. Jerold will always be remembered as someone who

proudly served his country, helped his fellow servicemen with their VA benefits, loved his family and

most importantly God.

 

Survivors Include: Four brothers, Harold Lowe of Hayward, CA; Ronald Lowe, Kenyon Lowe and Carl Lowe all of Little Rock, Ark, two sisters Helen Lowe-Brown Dallas, GA, Janeth Lowe-Smith (Charles) Little Rock, Ark and a very special friend, Joyce Meggerson-Moore of Pittsburgh, PA.
