Funeral services Tuesday, April 12, 2022, 11 a.m., at Miles Memorial C.M.E., 1804 E. Capitol Ave., Little Rock. Burial at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Ave., North Little Rock. Visitation will be Monday, April 11, 2022, 12-4:30 p.m., Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock. Masks are required. Social distancing is observed.
