Monte (Hunter) Howell 47, of Pecos, Texas, formerly of North Little Rock, Ark. passed away on February 6, 2019. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 16th, 12:30 p.m., at St. Luke Baptist Church, 8205 Highway 161, North Little Rock, Ark., Pastor Eric Alexander.
