Rose Marie Pearson, 92, was called home to be with her Lord Jesus on March 10, 2019. She was born in Sweet Home, Ark., on March 15, 1926. Rose was preceded in death by her parents Lewis Thomas and Johnnie V. Thomas and son Charles Edward Jones. She is survived by her granddaughter, Vinnette Jones of Brooklyn, New York, special cousins and caregivers James and Denise Nunnley of Little Rock; and many cousins and friends. She retired from nursing with 30+ years of service at the Arkansas State Hospital. For many years she was an active member of Greater Zion Hill Baptist Church and Dunbar Alumni Choir. Visitation will be Saturday, March 23, from 11 to 12 noon. followed by the funeral service at 12 noon, both at Greater Zion Hill Baptist Church 7512 Ark. Highway-365, Little Rock.
