Today, families have many funeral service options available to them. As one of Arkansas’s most trusted and progressive funeral homes, we offer a wide range of services to accommodate the wishes and desires of every family. Those options include the traditional visitation and burial services, cremation alternatives or immediate burial. It is our obligation to assist you with selecting the best option for your family.
Traditional Services
A traditional burial service may include a visitation, in which family and friends gather in the presence of a loved one’s body. This time of gathering is intended to assist in the process of grieving by providing a strong support system, which allows for the healing process to begin. Following the viewing is usually followed by a service of celebration of life, held at the funeral home or a church, followed by burial.
Cremation Alternatives
For families who choose cremation, we offer several options. Some choices are traditional – viewing and visitation followed by funeral services or a celebration of life, followed by cremation and either burial, scattering of cremated remains, interment or holding the remains to be buried with surviving spouse. We also offer memorial services, where the body is not present for viewing, and the cremated remains may or may not be present for the funeral service. Memorial services can be held at the funeral home, church or a person’s own personal requests may be honored. Another option is direct cremation. Direct cremation is simply cremation of the remains with no related funeral rites outside of the graveside memorial service if desired. It is available for those families who desire a simple service at a basic cost.
Immediate Burial
This option is simply what it states. Burial will be made within a 24-hour period.
