Sylvester Allen, Sr., 70, of Little Rock, died January 13, 2025.
He is survived by his three children, Sylvester, Jr.(Robin), James and Sharnelle Allen; and his grandson, Keegan Allen;siblings, Minnie Tillman, Fred Allen, Jr., Donald Allen, Ruth Ann Gee, Richard Allen and Marnetta Allen, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Allen, Sr. and Gladys Allen; his grandmother, Birthola Thomas; his brother, Van Pearson and his sister Bertha Rucker.
Family visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2025, 6-7 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 18, 2025, 12:00 noon, at Wesley Chapel, 1109 South State Street, Little Rock Ark. 72202. Burial will be at Haven of Rest Cemetery.
