On December 18, 2020, THEOPLAS WILLIAMS JR., 57, of Little Rock, went to be with his Lord in eternity. He is preceded in death by his father, Theoplas Williams, Sr. Survivors include: mother, Flora Jean Sims; siblings, Aaliyah Khabeer, Gary (Leola) Anderson, Sheila Taylor, Debra Anderson, Rosalyn Sims, Oliva Sims, Melvin (Cathy) Sims and Anthony (Annette) Sims; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
A walk-through visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 1-4 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock. Masks are required and social spacing is observed. On Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at 11 a.m., graveside services will be held at Rest In Peace Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 6425 Memorial Gardens Road, Hensley, Ark.

Theo “Duckie” will be missed by everyone at UCP. He brighten everyone’s day with his contagious smile and free going personality. We will miss him at special events especially our dances. Ducky was a good member of Hunter UMC many years ago when I lived in AR. He always kept a smile on his face and was happy to greet you. My sincere condolences to his family. May God bless you all!
