  • Troy Graggs was my boss at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center very nice and understanding man. Troy did well in his position at the VA Medical
Center Shreveport, Louisiana. Troy supervised over more than 80 employees or more at VA. Troy was very respected by many at VA. Doctors, nurses ,employees and the Director and others in leadership. I came to know his wife Zelda a beautiful young lady and she took pride in everything she did at the VA Medical Center and in the community. Zelda be strong and may God comfort you at this time of Sadness. You will miss him dearly. Continue to ask God for strength and he will grant it to you.. My prayer God will be with you always. With much Love .
